Dear City Council,
I want to express my opposition to the proposed ordinance, but rather
accept the Redwood City rent control measure for 5 units and above.
In addition, the funds should be publicly funded with the right to not
renew a lease. Please consider the ramifications on both the tenants and
landlords; as this has been detrimental in other communities.
