I'm pleased to enclose an updated "new and improved" recap of Menlo Park
retail and office vacancies along Santa Cruz Avenue and El Camino Real.
The list was prepared as a result of last weekend being a warm and very nice day. I decided to take a walk and jot down what I expected to be a few vacancies. When the list was completed, over fifty (50) line items appeared, on two pages.
The list is a "work in progress." If you are interested in periodic updates, feel free to let me know by return email. The information was gathered primarily from "for lease" signs. I have not confirmed any of it. You are advised before relying on the attached recap that the information be verified.
The list may be a helpful tool for decision makers, such as the new Visioning Committee, City Staff, City Council, Chamber of Commerce members and others. It is interesting to see all this information compiled in one place. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
Thanks, Jim
