When and how has the city announced plans to hire a permanent city manager?

I looked at the website and also contacted Ms. Lenka Diaz (email below); unfortunately, I still do not have any information.

My hopes are to submit an application and a resume for the permanent City Manager position.

Will you please help me to allow me to apply for the position? Any information is appreciated.
