Willow Rd On Ramp, 101 Northbound: Must be fixed

I'm a resident of Menlo Park and take the 101 Northbound ramp from Willow
Rd to commute to work. Due to the recent construction, the current onramp
is extremely dangerous.

There is NOT an adequate amount of space to get onto the highway. Cars
driving northbound on 101 do not move over (as they don't know that they
should), and so a car that is coming on to the highway is merged directly
into oncoming traffic, with no option to move in.

Please fix this immediately. I would recommend shutting the onramp down
until there is a solution. It is not usable as is, and is extremely
dangerous for both cars coming onto the highway, and cars driving
northbound. There will be a serious accident here soon if there has not
been one yet.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
