Save Draeger's Market

From: Dudley, Janet <"Dudley,>

To the Members of the Menlo Park City Council -
I am a resident of Menlo Park, although I work in Palo Alto. I lived on Oak Lane for years as a renter and now I own home on 12th Avenue. I strongly urge you to approve a street-based public loading zone in order to ensure the continued viability of Draeger's Market and other Downtown businesses. Draeger's is a local treasure. I shop at Draeger's, take cooking classes at Draeger's and generally love the place. It would seriously diminish the Menlo Park Downtown area to have the store go away and I understand this issue is critical for Draeger's to continue to operate from its Menlo Park location. Where would I get my Thanksgiving gravy if there were no Draeger's nearby?!!!
