To fix this, Stratus Staffing has created a three tiered approach to vetting candidates. Once we have received a position from our clients we send the need to the owners of our network firms. The needs are hunted by their professional recruiters and vetted. That manager or owner then vets again and sends to Stratus where we vet once again. If your team receives a resume they have receive hours of work for free until you find the right fit.
