It is going on all day long, from 7 am to 10pm , and they don't even stop at the STOP sign. I use to drive around Palo Alto and Mountain View and I'm so impressed how those cities manage the speed limits around school and parks. We need more speed-limiting tools on Chilco and Hamilton because the school and Hamilton Park. What the Menlo Park city is planning to stop these drivers before somebody get hurt? Last year and this year we had 2 cars accident on Chilco, , the cars went trough the Facebook fence , . I use to walk there and many neighbors use this path to ride a bike and walk with kids. We need more technology to avoid irresponsible drivers driving at high speed .
