Dear City Council Members,
I am writing to thank you for your progressive, forward thinking regarding our city's water use policies. In this rainy season, it's easy to forget how critical California's water issues are.
I am encouraging you to pursue an aggressive water conservation program so that more than just our lawns are "green." I am proud to be a member of a community that is conscientious about the earth and its future; and I would be doubly proud to have our city be on the very cutting edge of environmental policies.
