Menlo Park Planning Commission

cc Ray Mueller, City Council, Title: Mayor Pro Tem

I understand that you will consider the proposed building at 40 Middlefield in May. I would be dumbfounded if you totally ignored the concerns voiced by residents about the proposals impact on our neighborhood as submitted.

Concerns about:

•. The viability of Willows Market (truck deliveries, store parking)

•. Traffic headaches at at an already critically impacted intersection

•. Parking spaces above the city guidelines

• Overflow traffic and parking on Baywood Ave.

• An arguably ugly design and impractical location of the proposed business use

Please consider our concerns. Menlo Park residents have a right to your careful thought about this matter.

Sincerely,

Robert Wilson
118 Baywood Ave.
Menlo Park, Ca.
