Outreach Committee Kick-off: "Office hours" 4:15 to 4:45pm today

From: Fergusson, Kelly J <KJFergusson_at_(domain_name_was_removed)>
Date: Tue Jan 29 2008 - 07:21:56 PST

Dear El Camino Real/Downtown Visioning Process Oversight and Outreach Committee Members,

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the Special City Council Meeting tonight at 6pm that will kick-off your service on the Committee due to a long-scheduled commitment at that time.

Nevertheless, I'd like to join the rest of the city council in expressing our appreciation for your willingness to serve our community in this role, and stress to you the importance of your role in a successful outcome of the El Camino Real/Downtown Visioning.

I plan to be available at city hall (2nd floor) today between 4:45 to 5:15 for this purpose, if you would like to meet briefly with me individually (or in small groups, as permitted by the Brown Act).

A link to the 6pm Special Meeting is here: http://service.govdelivery.com/docs/CAMENLO/CAMENLO_176/CAMENLO_176_20080129_en.pdf

My apologies to you and my fellow city councilmembers for being unable to attend the 6pm Special Meeting.

Kelly Fergusson
Councilwoman Received on Tue Jan 29 07:21:58 2008
