the Oasis

Dear City Council Members,
Is there anything at all that you can do to prevent the Oasis from going out of business due to rent increase and landlord requirements? I am speaking for my whole family, and all of my friends are also upset and frustrated about losing such a treasured local meeting place for such reasons.
Many places that have made Menlo Park so unique have been or are in danger of being lost to us for one reason or another. Sunset left. The Dairy Queen left, the Plantation left, the Guild is under threat, Allied Arts limps along, but of all of them I think that the Oasis is the one loved by the most families.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Marcia Enns
