top priorities

Dear Council,
As a long time MP resident, I think the city priorities should be:
1. Instead of a new library, renovate the existing ones to make them
better. This will be cheaper and less disruption to the city.
2. Get rid of out-dated no-overnight-parking rule. Comparing with the
cities around us, MP is the least friendly city in terms of parking for
both residents and friends and visitors. The current rule costs city extra
to enforce and does not reduce any crime at all.
3. Reduce the traffic jam along the El Camino within the city boundary.

Thanks!

Jay
