Grade Crossings

As a resident of Menlo Park, I would like to quote Atherton Councilwoman
Elizabeth Lewis: :We need to somehow figure out how to finance the real
solution of dropping the tracks into a trench or tunnel."

Please partner with Palo Alto and Atherton to make this happen. The other
alternatives you are considering are not solutions. If you elevate the
tracks or elevate the roadways, the only beneficiaries will be the
commuters who pass through Menlo Park. Everyone living in Menlo Park will
wish you had left it as is.

Lowering the tracks is claimed to be more expensive although I haven't seen
credible numbers. Even if it is, I for one am willing to pay more tax for
it and I know that when it is done, everyone will be glad you did it that

Thank you.
