I strongly oppose any relocation of the Ringwood Avenue pedestrian overpass on US-101 to a proposed crossing to Menlo Oaks Drive. The existing overpass has been a crime-conduit plaguing the residents of Ringwood Avenue for years. To move it to Menlo Oaks Drive would perpetuate a stupidly negative impact any such connections to Belle Haven cause.
I strongly favor the option of not building or rebuilding any pedestrian overpasses on US-101 between Marsh Road and Willow Road.
Since a new WIllow Road overpass is ALREADY SCHEDULED within the same construction timeframe anyway, let that serve any claims of the need for "access". To remove the old Ringwood overpass would end years of crime importation into a clean neighborhood from Belle Haven.
