City Council,

I am once again writing about the Willows traffic on the agenda for the
Dec. 5th meeting.

I certainly HOPE you can add more than you have listed for resolution for
traffic calming.

Durham St. ALSO needs to have the no right turn added to the 3:00-7:00! I
live on Durham St., and the traffic is already not turning right on red
because they can't- it is too packed with traffic! They are currently ONLY
turning right on the green light, hence the idling cars in front of the

The 2 people who mentioned the "right turn on green on Durham" during the
last council session DO NOT even live on Durham St.! One lives on O'Keefe,
and one on Chester! They obviously don't even know the traffic pattern on
Durham, since had they even walked over and looked they would have seen the
idling cars waiting for the few who can turn right on the green.

Your proposal is going to INCREASE the traffic on Durham exponentially! It
is already at the breaking point. Please do not do that to us on Durham!!

PLEASE add Durham in to your NO RIGHT TURN traffic signage! I'm begging you!

A. Lupo
