Jim please note that between 1:30 -1:45 today willow campus briefing for
swing shift Andrew Jimenez went over certain rules from the Allied
Universal handbook. When Mr Jimenez finished I asked him if the rules he
just read applied to leads wich he replied yes. Then I informed him that
Allied Universal is not allowed to govern attitude and insubordonation via
the NLRA of 1935 section 7 descison orders T-mobile, Atlantic Steel and
Starbucks Mr Jimenez began to get agitated he tooked a break stood up
straight from leaning on the podium stated that were not gonna get into a
back and forth and then slammed his ledt fist on the podium Then Ronald
wilfong jumped in anf cut me off while I was explaning the NLRA and those
decision orders deverting me to HR. His tone unexceptable and frankly
speaking they both were intimidating me. Gary mitchell, Bobby Caldwell,
Safa Madwarsala can all witness to there behavior. Please note that Mr
Jimenez attempted to intimidate me and other officers by saying I was not
allowed to talk and finish my statement. I asked him am I not allowed to
talk about work? He repied no. Please also note that intimidation is a
civil code violation 51.7. And Mr jimenez and Mr Wilfong have already been
reported for this behavior by other officers on shift, Safa Madwarsala,
Oscar Ochoa, Alma Martinez.

Tierny please note you and Mike Duffel are my HR Reps. I will not deal
with Angela Garcia in anyway. If you investigate please note that I and
most Facebook guards do not trust Angela Garcia. She has no morals and
cannot be trusted.
