I was disappointed to hear that the City Council approved the Stanford project at 2131 Sand Hill Road without significant contingencies. I usually think the Council makes sound decisions but this does not seem like one of them. Please drive along Sand Hill Road during rush hour or even non-Rush Hour times. Adding additional cars to and from I-280 or to and from the eastern direction is not in the best interest of residents. I strongly encourage to rethink such a decision and develop a plan to address current congestion before making decisions to add to it. Sand Hill Road and Alpine Road urgently need to be addressed.
