Jim please note that I am emailing you this morning to report harassment &
Gender Discrimination that is currently happening to Janette Ramirez.
Please note that if Rion Patterson, Cesar Garcia, Jason Isakovic, Sam
Styles or Any AU manager is harassing Janette Ramirez. Allied Universal is
Automaticlly Responsible for any negative outcome that Happens to Janette
Ramirez even if she quits per the EEOC Harassment Policy


The employer is automatically liable for harassment by a supervisor that
results in a negative employment action such as termination, failure to
promote or hire, and loss of wages. If the supervisor's harassment results
in a hostile work environment, the employer can avoid liability only if it
can prove that: 1) it reasonably tried to prevent and promptly correct the
harassing behavior; and 2) the employee unreasonably failed to take
advantage of any preventive or corrective opportunities provided by the

The employer will be liable for harassment by non-supervisory employees or
non-employees over whom it has control (e.g., independent contractors or
customers on the premises), if it knew, or should have known about the
harassment and failed to take prompt and appropriate corrective action.

When investigating allegations of harassment, the EEOC looks at the entire
record: including the nature of the conduct, and the context in which the
alleged incidents occurred. A determination of whether harassment is severe
or pervasive enough to be illegal is made on a case-by-case basis.

Also please note that any intimidation is a civil code violation 51.7


All persons within the jurisdiction of this state have the right to be free
from any violence, or intimidation by threat of violence, committed against
their persons or property because of political affiliation, or on account
of any characteristic listed or defined in subdivision (b) or (e) of
Section 51, or position in a labor dispute

Janette Ramirez and any other Au officer at facebook subject to this kind
of treatment is not required to participate and is legally able to leave
post and go home under California Labor code 1102.5


 An employer, or any person acting on behalf of the employer, shall not
retaliate against an employee for refusing to participate in an activity
that would result in a violation of state or federal statute, or a
violation of or noncompliance with a local, state, or federal rule or

Please note it has been conveyed to me on several Accuations from Sam
Styles that he is advanced in Martial Arts going forward if he hurts
Janette Ramirez physically, mentally, and or emotionally. Allied Universal
And Facebook are automatically liable.

I will instruct Janette and any Allied Universal officer to reach out to
Alameda county sheriff if they feel threatened in anyway.

Tierney if Au decides to investigate Janette does not want Angela or anyone
from AU-Facebook Involved.

Tram the situation is getting way out of hand & now Allied Universal wants
to bring Peter Engdal to Willow campus who has had multiple incidents of
sexual harassment completely ignored by Allied Universal. Tram can you
please reach out to the Department of Justice to do a full investigation
into Allied Universal at Facebook.
