I am happy to send a similar letter of support.  I assume I can just send it to kkeith_at_(domainremoved)

Hi Cathy and Gina,
I sent an email to the MP City Council in support of the Oak Grove bike path pilot program and received an email within 30 minutes from the Mayor!
If you’ve not already sent a message in support of the pilot program please do.  I think there is little support from the downtown businesses as it removes some parking spots.  And please encourage anyone else who supports bike paths in and around the City to do the same.
Thank you!

Dear Menlo Park City Council,

I woud like to thank you for installing the Oak Grove University Crane Bike Pilot path.  We live near Menlo Atherton High School and my 6th grader bikes to and from Hillview every school day.  In addition, we bike into downtown as a family and appreciate the clearly identified path for bikes.  This is a wonderful addition and encourages us, and hopefully the community, to bike more frequently.  It would make a significant positive impact on the City and the adjoining neighborhoods to have more bike paths in and around town.

Than you for your dedication to safe routes to school and safe biking routes for the community.

Best regards,
Kirsten Keith,
Mayor of Menlo Park
