Negotiate a better deal for Menlo Park residents

Dear City Council,
This is regarding the Stanford Middle Plaza project.  As a long time resident of Menlo Park, I am extremely concerned about the impact of traffic, noise and air pollution.  The traffic during rush hours on El Camino Real between Valparaiso and Sand Hill Road is currently awful, Stanford's Current Proposed Agreement will only make it worse.
Not only does the Current Proposed Agreement fail to meet Stanford's own traffic reduction and monitoring standards in Santa Clara county, but also falls short of Stanford's own environmental sustainability standards on campus.  Stanford should also pay a much higher fee to the City.  Please ensure that Stanford meets or exceeds the above standards.

Warm regards,
Sina Tamaddon 12 Hermosa PlaceMenlo Park CA 94026
