> Dear Menlo Park City Council,
> I urge you all to please take the time to negotiate a betted deal for the Stanford Middle Plaza Project! As a resident living near the proposed site, I already see such an increase in traffic that I cannot imagine how much worse we will all be impacted if you do not make sure certain standards are met to alleviate the potential increase in traffic. Please make sure that you also negotiate the appropriate amount of taxes that Stanford should be paying Menlo Park, this should be comparable to those taxes that other well respected universities pay to their host cities. Please do not let the Menlo Park residents down, help to keep our city "livable" and not a grid lock of traffic. I appreciate your time and consideration of this request.
