As a follow-up to the letter I hand delivered to you on November 29, 2007 at the Onetta Harris Community Center, I have resent it is an e-mail to confirm your receipt of the letter. Please see below. You must notify me within 10 days of the 11/29 letter to let me know if the documents will be sent by fax, e-mail, U.S. Postal Service, hand delivered or require pick up.

This letter is to request access to the records in the possession of you, the Community Services Department and the City of Menlo Park for the purpose inspection and copying pursuant to the California Public Act {Government Code 6250 et seq}.
The information that I am requesting is as follows:
This request reasonably describes identifiable records and information that can be produced and I believe that there exists no express provisions of law exempting the records from disclosure, pursuant to Government Code § 6253 (b). Therefore, I request that you make the records promptly available. If determined that an express provision of law exists to exempt from disclosure all or a portion of the material I have requested, Government Code § 6253 (c) requires notification to me of the reason for the determination not later than 10 days from your receipt of my request. I understand that to obtain copies of the requested documents there may be a cost associated with them.
