Traffic and School Impact

How can any of us not understand how this huge Stanford complex being proposed and voted on tonight will adversely impact our traffic and schools in Menlo Park.
I have lived in Menlo Park for just under 40 years. I have watched Menlo Park change in many ways. I love our town and have always been proud of how the town has made decisions.
While I understand that Stanford has every right to develop their own land, this development could have such a huge impact on our town that I don't want the Council to under value the costs to the City. The deterioration of our roads, stress on the sewer system, traffic stress and increase school population could cripple Menlo Park. The cost of supporting all these impacts needs to be shared by Stanford.
Please carefully consider your decisions. I believe you are in the drivers seat and you have an opportunity to insist on more support from Stanford to pay for many of the negative effects this development
