Stanford Project is a problem!

Dear Council,
Traffic is horrible and the Stanford Project will make it a lot worse.
We in Menlo Park are getting way too little back for what Stanford is
getting -- I bet Palo Alto would be much tougher and not let their city be
clogged up with traffic and little public benefit.

I get really upset when I find that this project doesn't even meet
Stanford's own traffic and monitoring standards. Nor does it meet the
environmental standards or have a typical remuneration package.

Other Universities pay a lot more to the city for equivalent use and impact
to the city and traffic.

PLEASE VOTE so that Stanford gives us a just deal, *at least* as good as
its own standards, and hopefully, *better*.

This vote will affect us forever -- please don't trash Menlo Park.

Sincerely,
Hugh Macdonald
