Dear Council Members,

I have the utmost concern for our actions to protect the climate.

It's my opinion that in a crisis of this magnitude there are no good
reasons to do less than we are able. In fact, we should be pushing the
envelope all the time, as we are getting a very late start facing the
problem, and if anything, need to absorb the CO2 that's already out there.

So let's not let Stanford off easy; they are capable of meeting their own
sustainability standards, and the new Menlo Park standards, as well.

It is a dereliction of our duty to our children to allow them to do less.
