Stanford project on El Camino.

I'm a resident of Palo Alto.
Putting housing up on El Camino from the hotel all the way down to Big 5 will be a massive project.
Stanford needs to sweeten the pot. They need to set a aside more apts that are BMR and open to the public.
Forget the office space.  The city needs more housing.
Being property tax exempt is ridiculous; there should be a compromise if Stanford is serious.
They should also be more generous to schools also; those children are our future.

Traffic is already bad enough on El Camino. With apts there it will get even worse unless the
planners find a realistic way to mitigate the impact of a lot more cars.  I guess the people who propose the project have never tried to drive El Camino at rush hour. Bumper to bumper. Awful.

This is your chance MP to speak up for yourself and to get what is fair for you.Don't blow it.
