Development on El Camino

As a Stanford alumnus (I lived in Menlo Park while studying at the business
school 1994-96), and resident of Menlo Park for the last 15 years, I have a
simple request: "Stanford should at least be held to its own building
standards for the Stanford Middle Plaza Project."

I can think of no reason that Menlo Park should compromise simply because
the project is "over the road" from property owned by Stanford. I can only
think of reasons why this contradiction in principle concerning Stanford's
respect for the environment should be communicated to the decision makers at
Stanford.

The hypocrisy from Stanford should be a strong negotiating point for the
council!

Thank you for considering my opinion,

Gerald Wluka

Resident 1994-1996 and 2002 onwards (home owner since 2005).
