New Menlo Park Library Project Unnecessary Expense

I suggest that the proposed MP Library project be put on SLOW TRACK with
public discussion before you commit to the project..

There are a lot of necessary problems that need attention more than
building an entire new library
with more debt on the city. $20 million dollar debt package? Putting
Belle Haven on back burner?

Consider renovating the current library and leaving it where it sits. I go
there often and it looks more like an internet cafe most of the time
anyway. The world is going digitial library anyway. A few million dollars
of renovation with a donation from Mr. Arrillaga would be fine in my
opinion and you could re name it the Arrillaga Library
