FYI - Attached is the presentation that Jonathan Weiner will be making be
making about the HAWK on Tuesday night.

One more thought...if this passes on Tuesday night (the discussion at the
Fire District will happen early in the evening), it would be wonderful for
the City Council to consider adding funds to the reserves in the 2017
budget to cover this project and/or expanding the scope of the Willows
Neighborhood Complete Streets (Laurel Safe Routes) Study to include this
intersection. The Willows Study already incorporates part of Santa Monica
(the area between Gilbert and Coleman), so extending the boundary a little
further could possibly be justified.
