Angela R. Obeso, PE

Menlo Park City Council

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I respectfully suggest that the City of Menlo Park consider additional
options to achieving Caltrain grade separations by fully raising the
Caltrain tracks and avoiding any changes to roadways crossing the tracks.

Attached are: 1) a summary presentation for Menlo Park and San Mateo
County; and 2) an analysis report for the entire Caltrain right of way from
San Francisco to San Jose.

Thank you for considering this approach.
