Dear City Council Members:

We do NOT support the use of tax dollars to purportedly "save" the Park
Theater. $2.2 Million is an egregious misuse of funds to save a property
that will not be used by the general public, but instead by a small group of
private citizens benefiting a select group.

I would much rather see the City continue focusing on the need for
additional playing fields and open space for our children to use. I am
saddened when I see all of the construction going on everywhere you look but
all for more houses, which will only increase our already congested streets
and overflowing schools. I suspect some of these sites could have been used
for a new Little League Park.
