Safe routes to school

I am concerned that the safe El Camino crossing that was proposed is in jeopardy. We desperately need some leadership here to get safe routes for young bicyclists. This was thoroughly vetted previously. Do we really need to reconsider? Let’s try it before we throw it out.

And how about Coleman? A disaster waiting to happen, and all because the neighbors don’t want to give up the street right-of-way that they have borrowed and now want to keep. These are the same neighbors who don’t want parents dropping their children off on Ravenswood. Give the kids a break! They need our support!
