Dear Members of the Menlo Park City Council,
I am writing to support the Nejad project at 578 Olive Street. It appears
to me that the Nejad family has made considerable modifications to satisfy
their neighbors. Their home will greatly enhance our neighborhood. I do
not want to see a precedence set where neighbors can be unreasonable in
their requests. Also, if the building permit is rescinded, this will send a
bad message to prospective home buyers as well.
I trust that you will respect the decision of the Menlo Park Planning
Commission and uphold the building permit for Nejad residence.
