Support for Station 1300 project

Dear City Council members:
I am writing to let you know that I support the review process you have followed for Station 1300 and encourage you to continue following that process at tonight's meeting.
From a 30,000' level, I support projects such as Station 1300 that offer high density housing and office space adjacent to transportation hubs.  If we are to address/minimize the impacts of job creation, we need to offer viable alternatives to one person/one car commutes.  I believe Station 1300 is such an alternative.
I encourage you to consider all of the impacts when reaching your decision tonight.  No project is perfect.  Certainly Station 1300 is not perfect.  However, it meets the test of  being overall additive to our community and meets the test of being fully vetted by the public, various commissions, the staff and the council.  I encourage you to approve the project tonight.
