Station 1300 Project

Dear City Council Members,

I’m unable to attend the hearing for the Station 1300 project so I’m
sending a message to express my views as a Menlo Park resident.

I understand that the city has gone through an arduous, time-consuming,
expensive process to adapt a downtown plan. Unfortunately as a resident
the only thing I have seen approved and built are some townhomes on El
Camino.

This project for the vacant land site on El Camino is an excellent use of a
wasting asset. I look forward to a day in which my family and I can walk
down Oak Grove and see a very tasteful project that enhances the look and
feel of the place we call home.

If the project isn't approved then there will be a vacant site there for
years to come. With young children I implore you to approve this project
so we can see and use the resources we already have. Thank you,

Mr. Andrew McBride
