Honorable Mayor and Council Members,
 
Would it be possible to clean the rust, dirt, grim and mildew off the metal
 GUARD RAIL located along Woodland Avenue, beginning near Middlefield Road
and continuing south? Folks take pride in the neighborhood. They maintain
their lawns and their property. Yet, for years the city has let this very
visible area go. Frankly, the city's guard rail is the worst looking part
of the neighborhood.
 
A day's worth of work POWER WASHING it off will make a noticeable
difference. Like magic, an area of the city that is now ugly will look bright and
clean.
 
Perhaps sometime during the next few months, you can find time to fix it.
It would be much appreciated.
