Access to Laurel Upper School via Oak Ct.

As I'm sure you are aware, the Willows neighbors, particularly the
neighbors on Oak Ct. have been engaged in the planning and construction
process of the new Laurel Upper School campus. The school will be an asset
for our community, but concerns about traffic flow remain.

The MPCSD has promised that only buses and emergency vehicles will have
access to the school via Oak Ct. I respectfully urge that a formal, legal
agreement be drafted between the the city and the MPCSD restricting the use
of the Oak Ct. entrance to two school buses per day, emergency vehicles,
bicyclists, and pedestrians. Further the agreement should specify that
regular vehicular traffic will not have access to the school via Oak Ct.

Thank you.
