obviously code enforcement has been ineffective. The fences are still
falling down, the weeds are still tall. Please do something meaningful
about it. Can't the city clean up these properties and charge the property
owner?

These property owners, Greenheart Land Company and Hayes Group Architects,
obviously care more about their profits than about our community. The
blight they have left unaddressed is appalling.
