Launch Event Invitation
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Look Ahead - San Mateo launch event on Thursday August 4th. This is an innovative campaign to educate and engage the public on the risks of sea level rise in San Mateo County.

In partnership with Climate Access, FEMA Region IX and San Francisco based Owlized, San Mateo County is supporting the installation of two Owls at Coyote Point – a modernized version of a vista viewer - that will offer visitors a 3D panoramic tour of current and future flooding scenarios, current plans for the Point and potential responses for the region into the future.

Details of the initial community launch event
Date: Thursday August 4th
Time: 11:30 am
Location: 1701 Coyote Point Drive, near the California Boardsports Pavilion.
