Bike lanes on El Camino Real

Menlo Park City Council:
Please think about bike lanes on El Camino before you act. El Camino is a HIGH traffic area and adding bikes would be disastrous. You acted in haste on the railroad crossing creating more backup on Ravenswood. Blocking the intersection and the crosswalk create a continuing problem. Don't overreact to the bicycle group. A small group of cyclists should not dictate the way the majority of us have to deal with daily with just the amount of traffic. You add cyclists on El Camino and you will have more accidents, injuries and arguments between cyclists and cars. Not a good idea.
Please do succumb to a few loud vocal cyclists. Use common sense for a change.
