To Members of the Menlo Park City Council:
Park Theatre proposals read like sub-prime mortgage sales pitch. If
proposer is credible, owner will certainly take back needed mortgage
rather than face city condemnation at low market price but the city is
wiser to use its money on needed street paving, longer library hours and
police, not a dance studio. Sorry not able to attend the meeting.
