Honorable Mayor and Menlo Park Council members:
Commendations are in order to Councilman Boyle and Robinson for
taking the initiative to promote a Study Session regarding Grade
Separations. As you know, I made reference to the BKF Grade
Separation Feasibility Study of June 5, 2003 in my September 15th
email to the City Council regarding the EIS/EIR letter to the CHSRA.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the October 2nd Council
meeting which has this item on the agenda (G. Written Communication),
and therefore hereby wish to provide my endorsement for such a Study
Session and look forward to the opportunity to attend.
Respectfully,
Martin
