Please negotiate with Stanford for Alma under-bridge tunnel

Please introduce the Alma under-bridge tunnel into your negotiations with Stanford.  This is a no-brainer and I'm concerned that I haven't read anything about the Council's stance on this, especially after this was a negotiating point with Stanford to build its El Camino building from day-one.  As you can imagine, if there was a bike under bridge between Willow and Middle, it would provide easier and safer access.  Students heading from the Willows to Hillview would use it with out risking car accidents at car intersections.  Children from West Menlo would use it to access sports facilities at Burgess - again safely.
No time like the present!
For reference, please note the under-tunnel created behind PAMF connecting Homer Ave to PAMF via the Alma crossing and under-bridge bike path.
