This would be one way to make the roads safer as opposed to what we have today in my opinion. I see way too many people still texting while driving unfortunately so perhaps some kind of barrier would suffice. Having some kind of concrete barrier along with parked cars to help shield car traffic from the bikers. Just my two cents.
