> Record Requested: Hi Steve, I hope you are doing well and finding time to enjoy this outstanding summer weather. In reference to defendant Tuga Leuea's case, reported in today's Daily Post (June 24, 2015, p-4) there is reference to a member of the Menlo Park Police Department breaking their arm in two places during an altercation/struggle with Mr. Leuea. I would like to know the following. 1. What is the name of the Menlo Park police officer whose arm was broken in two places? 2. What injuries did Mr. Leuea receive as a result of the reported struggle/alteration? 3. Did the Menlo Park police capture the incident on their officer worn cameras? 4. Is the footage of this incident available for public viewing? 5. If so, what steps does a citizen watchdog need to take to set-up a viewing of the camera's footage? Thanks as always for your time and consideration. Aram P.S. I copied this e-mail, and public records request, to Menlo Park Police Chief, Robert Jonsen.
