Menlo Park does it again

So Menlo Park is marking the curbs on Santa Cruz Ave. in Red, denoting NO PARKING ZONES. Parking areas are in great demand in Menlo Park, what is the City to do during high usage times like during annual summer Street Carnival? Many years ago now, when the City chose to put cement barriers on Santa Cruz Ave., the then City Council commissioned a study on Santa Cruz. The Consultant came back with this.......Santa Cruz Ave. works, don't change it. Has the situation changed? NO! only the make up of the current Counsel. They have reverted back to the then lack of knowledge Council! Great job, Menlo Park!
