Attached is a spreadsheet that contains three tabs with the requested information:

- Tab 1: Budgeted FTEs for each year from 2010 through the proposal for 2015-16.
- Tab 2: The budgeted cost of labor for those FTEs for each year.
- Tab 3: The budgeted cost of all labor for each year. This tab includes the City's total labor cost and incorporates the cost of temporary employees.

The size (number of positions actually filled with FTE personnel excluding contractors) and the total cost of labor, in each City Department, for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and proposed in the next budget year.
