Ravenswood/ Alma changes

Hi – I love the idea of restricting left turns onto Ravenswood as proposed, but restricting right turns onto Alma makes no sense. It will create lots of congestion near the Laurel Street intersection with Ravenswood, to no purpose. I have not seen any problems with right-turning vehicles.
Please register this as opposition to that part of the future plan.

Note that I am a car driver and also a frequent bicyclist. Instead of restricting car turns onto Alma, I wish the city would make an effort to improve bicycle access across the tracks and across El Camino on Ravenswood and/ or Oak Grove. In addition to bike commuters, there are lots of kids who bicycle to HIllview and they desperately need a bike-safe passage through downtown!

Thank you,
