Dear City Council Members,
On February 26th the Menlo Park Planning Commision unanimously approved
our application to rebuild our house at 511 Grace Drive. However, two of
the neighbors on the street are appealling the Planning Commission's
decision, so our project is currently on the agenda of the City Council
meeting scheduled for April 10.
We would like to take this opportunity to meet with you at the site
prior to April 10, and share our plans with you. This will be a good
time to estimate how the new proposed house will integrate with the
existing residences on Grace Drive.
