Just got this today. It reminded me to send a note to the MP city
council in support of the artificial turf. Their email address is:
city.council@menlopark.org if you want to send something.
I think it would be such a waste if they don't move forward with the
plan for artificial turf.
Hope Ben is feeling better.

The Menlo Park City Council and the Menlo Park City School District
Board are poised to replace our natural grass field at Encinal with
artificial turf.

A small group of interested parents have been attending Board
meetings and mobilizing to stop this decision from being implemented.

If you want to save the grass field for our children and prevent the
installation of artificial turf on Encinal's only grass field, the
best thing you can do now (short of contacting the Board and Council
members directly with your opinions!) is to sign an online petition
opposing the installation of artificial turf at Encinal.
